 Description
: If you prefer the advantages provided by
enclosed overhead watering systems, the Nipple
Drinker System is for you. The Nipple Drinker
System is the answer to your watering needs from
day one to maturity. Tentative pin movement does
not affect the counterweight so that even
day-old chicks can activate the nipple. With all
the benefits of this type of system-particularly
drier floors and healthier birds the Nipple
Drinker System gives you optimum performance.
Made of only five parts, just two of them
moving, the all-stainless-steel valve
construction is virtually maintenance-free and
is easily installed. The nipple also provides
excellent feed conversion, a 360 degree range of
activation as well as unrestricted bird
movement.

Advantages : The Dhumal Nipple Drinker
System is supported by a winching system.
Maximum distance between drop is 3m(10ft). The
height of the nipple and water pressure is
adjusted according to the age of the birds.
Features : In pullet house, breeder house
and hot climates where birds tend to roost,
shocker wire must be used. f shocker wire is
used, the aluminum profile must be grounded. In
a standard 12m wide broiler house,4 lines of
nipple drinkers are recommended.

Installation : Filter must be installed
before header kit. If water is supplied from
header tank, the header tank should be at least
3m above floor level. If water is supplied from
main pipe line in-coming pressure to header kit
should be 1.5 bar(22psi). Line must be
level. Maximum permitted drop of line without
using Dhumal Pressure Breaker:15cm. |
